CHI Restaurant Bar & Tapas (3977 boul. Saint-Laurent)

Add to calendar:
Forty-one short films. Eight hours and nineteen minutes of them. One room, one bar, one afternoon that turns into a night.
Day One of the Grand Short Film Marathon takes over CHI on Saint-Laurent, from two in the afternoon until the last credit rolls. Short films back to back, from the first coffee to the final frame — with a bar, a kitchen and a room full of people doing it with you. Bring your friends. Bring stamina.
These are the youngest voices in Lebanese and Arab cinema, the people who will be making features in ten years. You get to say you saw them first.
Come for an hour. Stay for eight. Across both days it is 86 films and seventeen hours — and nobody has made it through the whole thing yet. Somebody has to be first.
